Streicker Sparkling Blanc de Blancs 2021 

LIMITED 

This wine is typically only sold at the Cellar Door/Kitchen and not widely available due to the small amount made. This was a must for Josh to include, being it was served at his recent wedding celebration on their grounds!  

Hand picked, 100% Chardonnnay from their Karridale vineyard, where it receives the crisp and cooling southern artic winds that bring this wine to life, several years later.

Picked in 2021, this wine undergoes several processes with extreme craftmanship to carefully retain its delicacy of flavours. Then is matured for an additional 36 months on lees to mature. That’s a long time you say, but once you taste it, you will understand why.

Crunchy green apple, white pear and brioche aromas convince you to sip. The rich nashi pear and citrus flavours shine with hints of cashew. Fine and delicate mousse lingers to tempt you back for more.

Drinking superbly now, or cellar until 2027.

Frazer Woods NV Pinot Noir Chardonnay

Frazer Woods specialise in creating quality sparkling wines, John Frazer is the local sparkling champion, making his own labels and provides sparkling services to many other local winemakers. 

Over the years he has refined his sparkling skills, honing over vintages and fine-tuning during trips to Champagne (it must be a tough gig). He purchases specialised state of the art equipment from France and continues to innovate since starting out in 1985. 

This Pinot Noir and Chardonnay (PNC) blend shows fresh fig, crisp red apple and citrus zest, a fine creamy texture on a beautifully persistent mousse.

Partial malolactic to add complexity and texture, then bottled and put to bed for five years aging on lees. Extended time on lees during secondary fermentation contribute complex aromas of nougat, almond meal, while building layers of creamy texture.

63% cool climate Pinot Noir, and 37% famed chardonnay from the ancient Naturaliste ridge. Using hand-picked fruit from both Pemberton and Margaret River, cleverly creates a style unique to Western Australia, making use of the best elements of both regions.

La Cache Sparkling Blanc de Blanc 2016

If you thought 3 and 5 years was a long time to wait, this stunner crafted from 100% Margaret River Chardonnay, in the traditional method, was aged for 7 years on lees, before its release.

With a delicate fine bead, it shows wonderfully fresh and ripe fruit, along with complexity of secondary aged characters like fresh croissants and almond meal. The layers of texture created during 7 years on lees takes this wine to another level, super elegant and classy refinement. 

Perfect for a special celebration, or simply to indulge in a little luxury. Drink one now and save the other until 2026.
