Welcome to Vint Collective, previously known as South West Wino’s, (“we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Site”). By accessing or using our website www.vintcollective.com.au or https://southwestwinos.com.au (“Site”) and purchasing our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our Site.

1.2               The Site is operated by Vint Collective Pty Ltd, ABN 72 676 286 196, located at 101 Napoleon Promenade, Vasse, WA, 6280.

3.                   Orders and Payments

3.1               All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
3.2               We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorized transactions are suspected.
3.3                Payment must be made at the time of purchase using our secure payment gateway.

4.                   Delivery Policy

4.1               We deliver only within Australia. Estimated delivery times are provided on our Site but are subject to delays outside our control.
4.2                You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is correct. We are not liable for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect delivery information.
4.3               Orders containing alcohol must be signed for by someone aged 18 or over at the delivery address.

5.                   Refunds and Returns

5.1               We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a product is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from its description, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair.
5.2               To request a return or refund, contact us at wine@vintcollective.com.au within 7 days of receiving the product, providing proof of purchase and details of the issue.
5.3               Change-of-mind returns are not accepted unless explicitly stated in the product description.

6.                   Intellectual Property

6.1               All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by Australian copyright and intellectual property laws. 6.2               You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

7.                   Use of the Site

7.2               You must not upload or transmit any viruses, spam, or malicious code, or interfere with the security of the Site.
