At Vint Collective, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and reliable delivery experience for all our customers across Australia. Below are the details of our shipping policy, including rates, timeframes, and guidelines.

Shipping Zones

  • Local Delivery - Postcodes 6280, 6281 and 6282
  • Western Australia – Rest of WA (excluding postcodes above)
  • Rest of Australia

 Shipping Rates

  • Local Delivery - Postcodes 6280, 6281 and 6282 – FREE 
  • Western Australia – Rest of WA
    Six pack between 7-9 kg = $15
    Twelve pack between 9-16 kg = $25
    Twelve or more 16.01 kg or more = $35
  • Rest of Australia
    Six pack between 7-9 kg = $20
    Twelve pack between 9-16 kg = $30
    Twelve or more 16.01 kg or more = $40 

Delivery Timeframes

We partner with Australia Post to deliver your wine promptly. Below are our estimated delivery times:

  • Local Delivery: 1–3 business days.
  • Perth Metro: 2–4 business days.
  • WA Regional Areas: 3–7 business days.
  • Rest of Australia (Metro Areas): 5–10 business days.
  • Rest of Australia (Regional Areas): 7–14 business days.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control. 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Responsible Service of Alcohol

Vint Collective adheres to the Liquor Control Act 1988 (WA) and maintains a strong commitment to the Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA).

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years or older.

Delivery Restrictions

Currently, we are unable to deliver to certain postcodes in remote areas or dry zones, in compliance with Australian legislation. If your location falls within restricted zones, your order will not proceed, and a full refund will be provided.

Late Deliveries

We strive to deliver within the estimated timeframes, but delays may occasionally occur. Please note that late delivery does not entitle you to cancel your purchase.
